Department head and administrative assistants are wonderful. The Center for Adjunct Faculty Engagement (CAFE) really does its job in keeping adjunct faculty engaged and part of a community. The adjunct orientation, in addition to being informative, was a warm welcome to the college.

Great Benefits, Retirement and Flexiable with Scheduling.

Cons

They run this college like a corporation, they will do anything to get rid of long term employees to hirer cheaper paid salaries. Breuder is paid over 300k a year to be a president at a community college.
