Pros

Fun work and environment. Good location. Got some perks. Support from some managers. Easy moves to different departments.

Cons

Leadership is untrained. Favouritism and jobs keep getting bigger for bad publishing pay.

Pros

Some nice people, good authors & titles, nice location.

Cons

Political. Some people, despite being rubbish at their job, get promoted and helped out enormously, while others slog away at their poorly-paid jobs wondering if they even want to stay in the industry.
