Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit gives scope to build a good product portfolio

Cons

Focussed on bottom line not user experience, finds it hard to iterate on digital products as books traditionally published and then you move on to the next one.

This is the best warehouse place to work in Northeast PA Well paid and generous benefits (sickdays, 401K, vacation days) A lot of overtime at busy time and not mandatory

Cons

To bad they closed the distribution center and outsource the warehouse and distribution business to other company outside Pennsylvania.
