Lowest pay in New York. Most employees have to take on a part-time job in addition to working here.

Pros

Good insurance, 401k, free books

Cons

The work "toxic" that keeps appearing is dead on. Everyone is (rightfullty) afraid for their job and constantly trying to look better than their neighbors. The atmosphere is very catty and people can be rude, abusive, even violent, without so much as a reprimand. Pay is terrible, worse than other houses, work is endless, and unless you work for the right person, this is very much a dead-end job. Not a day went by without high stress and constant frustration.
