Pros

Great people to work with. These are people who know the business and have good ideas that might help the company regain its respect in the industry. Harper is/was a respected quality publisher.

Cons

Ever since Jane was pushed out, the book people have taken second chair to the money people. Jane had the ability to take suggestions from everyone--even the lower level employees who had good ideas. In fact, she asked for suggestions.

Pros

Fellow employees in my immediate workgroup

Cons

distribution center management was clueless, Human Resources was more concerned with finding their next job than doing their job.
