Pros

Varied roles, great warehouse people, the day I left.

Cons

If face fits, you'll get on , managers with no training or people skills, train you for a role then dump you, people in wrong role because face fits.

Pros

Great colleagues, everyone loves books and publishing.

Cons

Upper management is very siloed, difficult to get information shared to lower levels, and doesn’t seem to take all employees into consideration when making company decisions like remote work programs, salaries of entry level, etc.
