* Individual teams can be great to work for * Fantastic books to work on * Good healthcare benefits * Hybrid work set up, with most departments only requiring 2 days in the office

Cons

* No central company culture, so department heads really set the tone and experience for those reporting in to them. * Leadership does not provide much communication with employees * Minimal training or support for managers which also impacts lower level employees
