Pros

the peanut M&M snacks they recently started as an incentive to bring in employees into the NYC office

Cons

-mismanaged DEI efforts -managers act on their egos and don't care about their direct reports -many managers don't welcome new people and wave off historical, system problems as "that's how it's always been"

Pros

Getting to work on cool books way before they're published, cool people to work with

Cons

The pay is ridiculously low for NYC, and the meeting culture is out of control.
