Pros

Amazing community with folks at my own level, some amazing managers (few and far between), opportunity to work on books.

Cons

About 10-15 hours a week of unpaid overtime isn't unusual, many managers are petty and the entire system is completely obsessed with hierarchy to the point of stifling innovation, "in order to get ahead, you have to do work outside the office", huge workload.
