Pros

There was good company culture at years ago, some people have been working for this company more than ten or twenty years. Management mid tier cared about staff development.

Cons

Cost constraints, the management level is kept changed that causes new environment becomes tensed, less opportunity to grow. Just like a horse, put the helmet on and racing. People are scared to articulate their thoughts. New development is responded slowly taking ages still not working to the final.
