      Pros

      It's very laid back and friendly here. I haven't seen a single necktie and almost everyone wears shorts and t-shirts. Pay is decent for just starting out. Management does their best to ease new hires in and help them contend with the cons listed below.

      Cons

      Documentation and training materials are severely lacking. You pretty much learn by watching someone else doing something, then doing it yourself.

      Friday breakfast- before budget was cut co-workers

      Cons

      Managers are promoted and given no managerial training. Things were good when the company was getting new contracts- loyal and long time employees terminated when things got tough. Employees no longer trust management. Customers not receiving the level of support they deserve. Management plays favorites with employees.
