      Pros

      Few options for health benefits and up to 6% salary matching 401k retirement benefits, and some perks

      Cons

      Management was really bad for the division that I worked. Almost 100% turnover rate. Low pay compare to the area industry standard. Unreasonable project dead line. Micro managing assigned tasks. Work life balance is very bad.

      Benefits are ok. Offers a few hundred bucks for employee enrichment.

      Cons

      Focused almost entirely on quarterly numbers. No long term strategy. Concentrates on milking existing clients for every last cent. Talks about respect, gives none. Pay raises are few and far between. Infrastructure is non-existent. Relies on spreadsheets instead of integrated technologies. Can't keep numbers straight half of the time.
