      There were no pros to working for this organization.

      Cons

      Worst work environment possible. Many of the nurses were rude and unsanitary. Patients were left in the ER hallways for hours - before Covid-19.

      New nurses will learn a lot, but anticipate making mistakes from not having a proper mentor.

      Cons

      Management is awful, condescending, and thrive off drama. It is literally THE most unprofessional place I've worked. I am called on nearly every day off and feel like I'm working almost every day (as a floor nurse.)
