Pros

The ONLY pro is the insurance.

Cons

In orientation Harris Health raves about how great their work culture is and how great the environment is. But it’s not. It’s used to lure you in. I have had nothing but a horrible experience since working here. The patient ratios are 1:8, they are always short staffed and they just recently took away overtime opportunities. We give so much to our patients that the organization literally drains us dry. The management is rude and overall it’s just not it.

Pros

Benefits and work from home. Other departments have better opportunities for growth and management with leadership abilities.

Cons

Toxic management, management just manages the process. No leadership and management doesn’t take accountability. They use people to get caught up and once caught up they nit pick and create chaos. No room for growth.
