      Its a good place to get experience

      Cons

      The company does not care about employees and sides with a manager that is never there. Gets paid a salary but she has her favorites doing everything for her. She does not care that she messes with people's lives and won't think twice about making you look bad when you are clearly a great asset. It is her way or the highway.

      Pros: Good unit leadership in NICU; good unit/staff morale; patient population is very kind and appreciative of our work; free off-site parking with nice shuttle; free weekend parking on day shift; room for growth! Benefits: good differentials for nights/holidays; nice benefits for healthcare/dental/etc.

      Cons

      Cons: day shift parks off-site M-F; cafeteria is very limited; getting broken equipments fixed/replaced takes a very long time
