      Seeing that there is still a need to help the underserved community is a plus

      The EC Leadership at Ben Taub hospital is a joke. Money is the name of the game and the community service has gone by the waste side. There is not any compassion for the patients, just dollars collected for the pockets of rich administrators. No respect for the hard working employees. They are treated the worst.

      Management and leadership run this place like a prison. If you don’t know someone, you will not grow here. High turnover just due to the leadership team. Avoid this place!
