Pros
Most of the people there are great to work around. There are people that truly care about what they do and how they can help others. HCHD is striving to upgrade its infrastructure and is the most wired the second year running.
Cons
There is a lack of internal promotion from within IT. The thought by upper management is the only way to get quality is to look outside and bring the talent in. That is more costly because of the limitations on salary increases when it pertains to internal promotions. Outside talent costs more and with the current economy does not make much sense.
