Pros

The only good thing is good benefits and a somewhat good amount of PTO, although there is no separate sick time nor holidays, basically holidays are taken out of your own PTO which is not a good thing.

Cons

Severely understaffed they expect you to do the work of 2 employees and they still keep on adding things to do regardless of how you are able to complete the tasks.

Pros

Respectful and family-like culture promoted. As long as you do your work, no micromanaging occurs.

Cons

Not much opportunity for career growth, at least in the authorization department.

Pros

- Adequate training time allotted - Option to work 4 x 10 hour shifts in outpatient clinics - Program to train CNA to become certified MAs - Relaxed about requesting PTO as long as coverage is sufficient that day

Cons

Holiday pay is automatically deducted from accrued PTO.
