County hospital so the homeless have the tendency to treat you horribly. Cussed at, hit, kicked, spit at, threatened. No one policies in place to protect nurses. It’s almost impossible to get a raise every year no matter how good you are. And management is a cult. I’ve never felt less supported than by our directors Keonna and Tekhesia. Just very unprofessional, and frankly bullies to so many people - it’s not a healthy work environment.
