      Pros

      Pay, benefits, weekends off, that's it.

      Cons

      Micro management would be an understatement. No room for growth at the patient appointment center. Management is horrible. The turnaround is very high. Just a number of many employees.

      None! They got rid of the good staff in 2007 & kept the messing management that kiss up & gossip!

      Cons

      They should've cleaned house years ago & let go the G*etto Boo uneducated management staff! The only thing I can think of is....Administration that hire these messy employees must enjoy chaos & mess. Otherwise they wouldn't hire unprofessional management. This place need a good management cleansing!!!! I've never worked at a company with such horrible management!

      Pros

      Harris Health is the safety net for all of those individuals who cannot afford medical insurance. They have every specialty and sub-specialty available to their patients so that no one's medical needs are neglected.

      Cons

      Management is poor, at best. Employees that possess tremendous amount of value and knowledge are not cared for. Management is concerned with their professional growth and reputations instead of the business, which doesn't make sense at all. People are being laid off while senior administrators command salaries that are above the market rate; HR justifies this in order to be competitive with the market. The people that are actually doing the work make are not paid nearly as much as they are worth.
