They use to take care of Union employees.

Cons

Harris was a great company to work for. When people asked "Who do you work for?" you once would proudly say Harris. But now you think twice about even mentioning where you work. Life before HC and new leaders was a destination work place. Covid played a factor for me getting laid off. But during my time there they laid off employees who made the company money and yet keep hiring leaders who are getting paid 6 figures.
