Lots of opportunity and support for career growth, flexible, life/work balance. They are creating a destination workplace and heavily investing in training and hiring good people. Keeping staff safe during Covid!

Cons

Nothing that another workplace wouldn't have worse potentially. Not much to say negative.

Pros

I've only been at Harris a short time as of this review but I have to say coming onboard with Harris has been great experience. Harris uses the phrase "Remarkable People Remarkable Results" and that couldn't be more appropriate. Everyone that I have interacted with in Harris so far has been extremely welcoming and helpful. I felt like "the new guy" on the first day but have felt like "one of the guys" ever since.

Cons

The only con I have is that I started with Harris during Covid and haven't had the chance yet to interact in person with my team.
