      Pros

      - Company culture does not allow bullying. It helps guys new to the trade to learn. - Easy to talk to supers. - Very big on safety.

      Cons

      - No PTO available for apprentices. - No over-scale pay increases.

      Not a lot of communication between the Office and the Field.
