Pros

(I was a trainee for the CSM position) Excellent training. Super friendly staff. Each department answered all my questions eagerly. Business model is the best I've ever worked with.

Cons

Just the initial pay in training. I was not able to sustain my living.

No unity. It's literally a place of cut throats. Managers are disrespectful
