Pros

Downtown location, there is a gym in the building which is $50 to join for a lifetime. There is also a small store in the building and a restaurant.

Cons

Depending on the department, management can be non supportive and have "favorites ". HR is not confidential at all and policies are changed constantly to benefit the company, not the employee.
