Lunch time. when you can get away from the stress and stupidity. They only give you 45 mins. so enjoy! Also, the downtown location is great.

Cons

Run by ignorant, truly stupid, negative people with no education. All these idiots know is the collections industry. No concern for the workers, only concerned about money. They cheat, they lie, they pretend to be nice only when the owners are around. This place does not pay well. Only certain people make a bonus check. Workers use drugs. This place is a ghetto.

Location that is about it.

Cons

Poor unprofessional management, no direction with very high employee turnover. A lot of employees who dislike their job and company, management who are untrustworthy with a lot of throwing under the bus. The owners preach these values of their company and employees but don't be fooled its pretty much a joke and an act.
