I get a paycheck, I mean that’s a pro right.

Cons

This is a revolving door company. Since I’ve started employment at Harris & Harris people are in and out at a constant rate. The PTO accrual is enough to do absolutely nothing. And God forbid you get sick, there is no sick time. You are left to use the little PTO you do receive. Don’t even get me started on the point system for attendance. Trash!

None to honestly mention. None.

Cons

Idiotic policy more important to people. Legit questions considered rude. Goals so high you make very small bonus. Supervisors too afraid to back team members. Managers couldn’t collect stamps at a post office.

We hope that the Town Hall meetings we had the last few weeks helped to explain that the decision to return to the office and temporarily delay wage increases was a very difficult one, but one that we ultimately deemed necessary to make us stronger as a team as we progress through this year.
