Sneaky and Coercion

Remote - working from home.

Cons

Management is sneaky and coercive - using bullying tactics which forces the employee to always stand guard. Several of the customer service reps quit do misrepresentation, managers bullying and threatening and forcing agents to wait to go to the bathroom. The communication is subpar. This place is awful. Harris and Harris does not value their employees.
