Harvard Maintenance gives you the confidence to do your job to the best of your abilities on top of that it's a union company decent pay respected staff

Cons

Since Harvard Maintenance is a union company I don't find it fair that you must stay 9 hours in the building and only get paid for eight

I have never seen such a good managers supervisors , when i go there it feels like i'm going home.. There is no way that i will quit my job .. It's kinda hard sometimes but it's worth it..
