Harvard is known to hire underperformers and promote them as well. In addition, Harvard is know to hire office employees who are known to have records of deceit and fraud.

Relaxed work environment, new management has a positive outlook on changing things for the better.

Cons

No merit system for raises, extreme favoritism within the executive staff. Everyone lower-level is viewed as the help.
