Pros

There isn't any. They work u hard an expect you to be okay with it. We work hard so we should get pay well but we don't. So there is no PROS with them.

To get them to pay us well. All we want is to be paid more an get more hours. We also have families to take care of. We count

no requirements to apply. good camaraderie among employees and supervisors.

Cons

pay rate is minimum wage no benefits no vacations out of state bank makes it difficult to cash or deposit management only thinks of numbers square feet instead of people there is no incentive or motivation to work there is no dignity to our position we are treated bad by tenants and building managers and no one stands up for us there is little to no training apart from safety small chance to move up in the company(unless you know some one)
