Pros

The previous reasons to work at the company are now gone. The only thing remaining are half day Friday.

Cons

Management no longer listens to employees, people are overworked, leadership cannot make decisions and have issues with consistent messaging. The warm family friendly environment we once knew is gone. So sad but it’s time to leave. Others are in agreement which is why so many people are leaving as well after such a long tenure but would never dare to say so to HR or management due to fear of the new leadership team.

It’s a Hot Mess

Pros

The people are some of the greatest you’ll find in any industry. Good 401k match but the rest of the benefits are far below industry standard.

Cons

Frequent layoffs where the best talent is often let go without reason, which not only kills the moral and spirit of those left, but also doubles or triples their workload. The current senior management team is an absolute disaster, and is leading the company to failure. I would not recommend Hasbro until there’s a new CEO and President.

Absolute Disaster. Fake Culture.

Pros

Leaving the company. A few great people that work there but toxic "bro culture" and leadership decisions lacking real data to support opportunities has crushed employees' spirit.

Cons

Zero cohesion in leadership direction; priorities constantly shift to chase a delayed execution of another trend that has come and gone. Bros only or female managers that step on other women to get ahead. Leaders are completely out of touch with consumers and it shows.
