Free on site parking discounted product good canteen good pay, pension, health care, gym discount, energetic team great social culture

Cons

'if your face fits' culture, extremely intimidating when you start upper management are very stuck in their ways, don't try to change processes some people coast of others hard work

Many creative people; very philanthropic; environmentally aware

Cons

Poor operational disciplines, overworked, underpaid employees, and leaders who take too are isolated from employees and are promoters, rather than visionaries working to improve how play enriches children's lives and grows their capabilities.
