Pros

Good salary, awesome brands, the team was very professional and friendly. At a global level Hasbro has very functional process.

Cons

There is little bad things to say about this company. I guess in some brands long term focus could be improved.

Pros

Fun job that can be very rewarding.

Cons

Very political. Marketing is front-line and there poor work-life balance.

Pros

Wonderful people for the most part, great location, kind building staff, good parking, excellent campus, HR was responsive, salary was okay. Good peripheral training programs, and many community bonding events. They are trying hard, and I would be happy to still be working there, but my position became redundant.

Cons

Executives were disorganized and the future of the editing department was uncertain. This didn't affect my day-to-day work as much as it did create an unnecessary environment of stress for the entire department.
