Pros

25 days holiday + 1 day Birthday, bonus scheme, flexible working hours, working from home option, pays above market median

Cons

A bit hierarchical in the sense the higher you are the more special treatment you get. Can be a bit slow to implement changes but they are always looking to keep up to date with trends

Pros

The people at Hasbro are brilliant, creative, and dedicated. The company is highly ethical and does a huge amount of community focused work. It's a fun and general relaxed place to work.

Cons

Some managers are highly motivated by internal politics and personal ambition, rather than the well-being of employees or the success of the business.

Pros

Hasbro is a family. Loyalty is important. But unlike most big entertainment companies, the loyalty is also a commitment by the company to its employees. The company cares about people. There is incredible emphasis on charity, product quality, supporting employee families and being a good corporate citizen.

Cons

Hasbro is known by Wall Street to be a safe stock. That creates a challenge sometimes for taking big risks. Hasbro manages to be innovative nonetheless, but it is a substantial headwind at times.
