      There is no career path for women artists very much like Disney. I was an art director in: Packaging, Corporate Design, and Licensing. Wished I left within7-10 years and moved on, lateral movement on a career path actually really NO career path. I was actually told by my last male creative director that I was had hit the glass ceiling after winning an award. odd culture.
