Pros

Decent leave option, performance bonus, and good health insurance.

Cons

Very low pay for frontline workers who drive the companies success. The local leadership is paid handsomely, but do little if any relevant work. Too many functions are clubbed under one lead who have little to no knowledge of the different scope assigned to him. Be ready for poor work-life balance, too much politics and gossiping, and a classless and incompetent leadership.

Pros

It tries hard to be a good company for which to work - numerous initiatives, some better than others. But ultimately it comes down to your manager and team. Flexible working, and half day Fridays (all year round) are great benefits.

Cons

When it comes to the US side of the business, the politics and hierarchy make things highly frustrating.
