Pros

Comfortable work life. Great brands.

Cons

Top management have no strategy (global and connected local ones). They just trying to keep their places cutting people and keeping old school comfortable employees. It’s allowed to push out good employee who never had been criticized and to replace him with friend.

Due to massive headcount reductions there are likely to be opportunities in the near future.

Cons

Unnecessarily complex processes and unwilling to change. Archaic working structure despite advertising flexible working. Poor induction and on going training.
