Pros

Lots of opportunities to move throughout different functions and teams.

Cons

Some departments are understaffed, so work/life balance is different depending on the department you work in.

Pros

The job hours offer flexibility which is nice, if you have family obligations. It is fun to work in toy industry.

Cons

There is no opportunity to move up. You only have a district manager as a supervisor, there is no one else to contact when you have issues. I worked for Hasbro for over ten years, worked on special projects, worked all weekends during surge and even worked two territories during surge. When i was going through a very bad divorce, the district manager did not even want to hear what was going on in my personal. life.
