Pros

The people you collaborate with (for the most part). The break of holidays at end of the year and the summer when you’re away from the toxic environments.

Cons

The ceo is a shameful excuse of a leader and will be known for only that as long as it lives. No honesty has been provided about personal data being stolen and this has been added to the long of failures as a ceo at a 15% approval rating. Instead of addressing the data breach on 3/28 you instead went on a 10 day holiday while letting others pick up the pieces without any apology to employees or resolution. 2 VPs leading your top accounts resigned within the same week and you don’t even show face with an ounce of concern for the business.

Pros

Individual teams and managers are supportive. Bonuses can be high and there is a lot of PTO.

Cons

The company has layoffs almost quarterly but they will not acknowledge it. There is little room to grow your career and across the board the salary is lower than market value they try to justify with bonuses. The company makes several changes like moving office locations across states, mandatory callback to office, and ending pro practices against company morale. When getting complaints they eliminate anonymity as a clear intimidation practice. Layoffs often target diversity and the company has eliminated their diversity goals. The layoffs has left staff down to below bare minimum. Most people are burnt out and do not care about results as there is benefit of doing more work or performing well. The CEO regularly says to the office their goal is to obtain younger talent not retain workers.
