The company makes several changes like moving office locations across states, mandatory callback to office, and ending pro practices against company morale. When getting complaints they eliminate anonymity as a clear intimidation practice. Layoffs often target diversity and the company has eliminated their diversity goals. The layoffs has left staff down to below bare minimum. Most people are burnt out and do not care about results as there is benefit of doing more work or performing well. The CEO regularly says to the office their goal is to obtain younger talent not retain workers.
