Pros

Good workplace environment. The building has a very pleasant, airy atmosphere and they put a lot of care into making it attractive and putting their products on display. Very kind and friendly coworkers. It's a nice feeling when you start seeing products you worked on on store shelves.

Cons

It is not a good place to work for engineers who are looking to exercise their creativity or their technical skills. With rampant outsourcing, much of the actual engineering and product development is done in China/Hong Kong. Many of the engineers are mainly responsible for project management. Lots of paperwork, emails, and recycling old product ideas. When I was there they had evidently hired too many co-ops, because there was not nearly enough work to go around for all of us.
