Pros

Fun, talented people. Designers are extremely creative. Great team/corporate activities, and chances to learn more about your speciality. I worked on a great team, and the marketers, QA, Engineers, & product designers i worked with daily were excellent, friendly and respectful. Great brands to work on.

Cons

Growth only in certain departments, while others are left in the dust. Full time hiring freeze has lasted for years now, and Hasbro is outsourcing massively to contractors to avoid paying benefits. Consistent layoffs keep people nervous.

Pros

Hasbro is all about transforming itself more into a Branded company and not a toy company, so it has a lot of growth about it. A huge portfolio of brands to work on. People are great. Family oriented.

Cons

Needs more stronger leadership in marketing

Pros

It's a fun environment where everyone is just a big kid.

Cons

Due to the number of teams and divisions, one can feel a little detached from the rest of the business
