      Pros

      Great, casual atmosphere. Devoted, tenured team that is proud with what they do and are able to have fun while maintaining a professional and hardworking environment.

      Cons

      As a contractor, employees treat you as an outsider. They understand you probably won't be hired full-time and don't have the dignity to create a relationship when you put yourself out there.

      The local employees are housed in separate buildings within the same general area and the separation does not accommodate point in time communication between departments that need to work closely.
