Pros

Things change so fast in the toy industry, that as a creative, one an rarely become bored.

Cons

Many projects require constant focus, and performance at a high level, which can become stressful over time. The environment is demanding creatively, which can be very exciting for talented people, but it is also highly competitive.

Pros

Huge company that you can get lost in and never be bored. There is creative inspiration everywhere, and many people to meet and interact with.

Cons

It seems as a designer you do not have much creative prowess (or you might have only in the past)- there are too many restrictions with licensing and brands to really think "out of the box". If you like designing the same things over and over again, this might be the place for you.
