Pros
Week of Christmas off. 4 weeks PTO is great but no longer cutting edge for the industry.
Cons
After some brutal layoffs, our team now has to absorb all those positions with no end in sight. Initially, temps and contractors were supposed to soften the blow, but they were all just laid off too! Really not sure where to go from here. Doing 400% of the work I was hired for with no promise of any raise/promotion/bonus. The company is hemorrhaging cash and is willing to knock anyone out in order to appease shareholders. NOT a pleasant reality to be clocking in for every day.
