Pros

Great co-workers and fun products

Cons

Unrealistic expectations lead to burnout fast, out of touch leadership where you’re a number not a person. Constant fear of layoffs.

Hostile Stagnant Work Environment

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The benefits are all that is left.

Cons

The company claims to be innovative, but the reality is quite different. There is a deeply rooted culture of age and gender discrimination, which significantly impacts productivity and morale. Directors and long-term managers create a stagnant environment. There's a clear bias, making it difficult for fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to thrive. It's disheartening. Due to this discrimination, the workplace feels hostile and unwelcoming, especially for those who don't fit the typical mold. The lack of rotation of leadership stifles any new innovation or creative thinking. The bias towards established norms and resistance to change hampers innovation. The outdated perspectives of middle management, excessive control, and lack of clear direction is detrimental to progress and growth.
