Attempts to professionally discuss potential solutions and compromises were met with resistance and ultimately resulted in the offer being rescinded. The overall experience reflected a lack of coordination between departments and created significant concern regarding internal communication, leadership alignment, and employee onboarding practices. For a large, established company, the process felt surprisingly unstructured and reactive.
