Flexible work schedule. 1/2 day Friday's. Good benefits.

Cons

Going through re-organization and the direction is not clear. Losing a lot of good people due to the culture changes.

Pros

Wonderful people for the most part, great location, kind building staff, good parking, excellent campus, HR was responsive, salary was okay. Good peripheral training programs, and many community bonding events. They are trying hard, and I would be happy to still be working there, but my position became redundant.

Cons

Executives were disorganized and the future of the editing department was uncertain. This didn't affect my day-to-day work as much as it did create an unnecessary environment of stress for the entire department.

Pros

Great Benefits. Great for those with families. Great perks. Half day Fridays all year round being the best.

Cons

No work/life balance. Lied about job description and changed job responsibilities. Culture doesn't like change and will fight tooth and nail on anything remotely different.
