Pros

Very flexible with hours within a defined framework. Great pay for Part Time work. Nice benefits, Vacation time, Holiday Pay, 401K NO evening or weekend work until Nov & Decenber. Very hands off management once you are trained.

Cons

Hours drop dramatically in January. Some accounts make it difficult for you to acomplish your job tasks. Company does not provide tablet / phone for job tasks, you use your own or go without.

Pros

Hasbro is the best company I have ever worked for. I get to work in a creative field, while still reaping the rewards of a comfortable, corporate job. Most everyone here is very kind and will go out of their way to help you. The top level executives are truly inspiring and genuine.

Cons

For a toy company, there's not nearly enough play/ laughter happening at work.
