Haskell & White is a great accounting firm. The culture is easygoing and flexible, yet the partners are also very concerned with precision and technical excellence. In general, communication seems to flow well within the firm. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are definitely available for those that work hard and take initiative.

Partners legitimately care about people's well being. The hours are very reasonable for public accounting. Pay and benefits are fair, and when you've earned a promotion you will be promoted, even if there is not a "need" at the next level. Very challenging work and consistent training that will keep you constantly learning. After spending time at a big 4 firm and then coming to Haskell & White, the difference in the culture is night and day. I can legitimately say I enjoy coming to work every day, and I'm not the only one since the firm has been named one of the best places to work in Orange County for 5 consecutive years.
